1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “the customer”) and Prerika Chauhan, an individual sole proprietor based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, trading under the brand Where Peri Goes(referred to in these Terms as “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website (including reading blog posts, purchasing an itinerary, or subscribing to the newsletter) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

3. The service

Where Peri Goes is a travel publication offering:

  • Free travel blog posts and travel tips.
  • Paid itinerary PDFs: detailed, day-by-day travel guides.
  • A newsletter (opt-in only).

All content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only and reflects the author's personal experiences and opinions.

4. Accounts

This site does not require you to create an account. Purchases are linked to the email address you provide at checkout. Keep a record of your purchase confirmation email, it is your proof of purchase.

5. Purchases and payment

Prices for itinerary PDFs are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD), determined automatically by your selected country at checkout. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By completing a purchase you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service and your card issuer's terms. We do not receive or store your card details.

An order is confirmed only once we receive a successful payment.captured notification from Razorpay. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not confirmed.

6. Delivery

After a confirmed payment, your itinerary PDF is delivered to the email address you provided at checkout, usually within a few minutes.

  • If the file is 15 MB or smaller, it is attached directly to the email.
  • If the file exceeds 15 MB, the email contains a secure download link. Download links remain valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and can be used as many times as you need across your devices.

If the link stops working, your email is misplaced, or the file fails to render — contact us at prerikaucl@gmail.com and we will re-deliver promptly.

7. Refund policy

All sales of digital itinerary PDFs are final. Because the product is an instantly delivered digital file, we do not offer refunds once the PDF or download link has been delivered to your email address.

Exception: if delivery genuinely failed (no email received, link unusable, file corrupted or incomplete), email us at prerikaucl@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will re-deliver the PDF at no charge, or issue a full refund at our discretion if re-delivery is not possible.

8. Licence to use the PDF

Upon confirmed payment we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download, store, and use the itinerary PDF for your own private, non-commercial travel planning.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the PDF with others.
  • Post the PDF or its contents publicly (including on social media or travel forums).
  • Use any part of the PDF for commercial purposes.
  • Reverse-engineer or extract content for use in other products.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website (including blog posts, travel tips, itinerary PDFs, photography, illustrations, and the “Where Peri Goes” name and brand) is owned by or licensed to Prerika Chauhan and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the site.
  • Attempt to access, bypass, or reverse-engineer any purchase or download system.
  • Submit false information at checkout or abuse the newsletter sign-up form.
  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable law.

11. Third-party services

The site links to third-party websites and uses third-party services (including Razorpay for payments). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimers

Travel information published on this site (including itineraries, tips, costs, visa requirements, transport options, and opening hours) reflects the author's personal experience at the time of writing. Conditions change. Always verify current visa requirements, safety advisories, prices, and operating hours from official sources before you travel.

Nothing on this site constitutes professional travel, financial, medical, or legal advice. The site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prerika Chauhan / Where Peri Goes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of any product. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant itinerary in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prerika Chauhan / Where Peri Goes from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site or any purchased PDF.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
