Cookies Policy

Last updated: 1 May 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, improve efficiency, and provide information to site owners. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which work in comparable ways.

2. What this site sets

No advertising or cross-site tracking

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, PostHog, or any other advertising or behavioural tracking tool. We do not track you across websites.

Vercel Web Analytics: cookieless

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns, for example, which pages are most popular and what devices visitors use. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless: it does not write anything to document.cookie, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across websites. The data collected is aggregate and anonymised. You can read more in Vercel's Analytics privacy documentation.

Functional infrastructure cookies

Vercel (our hosting provider) may set a short-lived, session-level cookie for load balancing purposes. This cookie contains no personal identifiers and expires when you close your browser. Next.js may also set a preview-mode cookie if Draft Mode is activated by a content editor; this feature is not currently in use.

Our own application code writes nothing to document.cookie or localStorage.

3. Third-party cookies during checkout

When you click the Buy button to purchase an itinerary, the Razorpay Checkout script (loaded from checkout.razorpay.com) is embedded on the page. Razorpay sets its own cookies for fraud detection, payment session continuity, and compliance purposes. These cookies are set by Razorpay, not by us, and are governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.

These cookies are strictly necessary to complete the payment. Razorpay Checkout is only loaded when you actively initiate a purchase; it is not present on other pages.

4. Email tracking

We send two types of email: transactional emails (itinerary PDF delivery) and newsletter emails (if you opt in). Our email provider Resend may include open and click tracking pixels in newsletter emails. If you prefer not to be tracked, disabling remote images in your email client will block these pixels. Transactional delivery emails do not contain tracking pixels.

5. How to control cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View cookies that have been set.
  • Block all or specific cookies.
  • Delete cookies when you close your browser.

Please note that blocking Razorpay's cookies during checkout will prevent you from completing a purchase. Blocking Vercel's infrastructure cookie may occasionally cause minor loading issues but will not prevent you from reading content.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if we add new technologies or services. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
